Gravsholtvej 15, 9310 Vodskov

Wine-store´s headquarters is based in a small Danish suburb called Vodskov, where we have 15 employees locally in the office. We are currently,  in 2022, in more than 10 European countries and a large part of the business is thus export from Denmark.

All products are produced in Denmark - more specifically the Northern Jutland. We always ensure that our wine cellars are of the highest quality and the comfort is something out of the ordinary.

Danish Design, Reinvented for Wine Lovers

You may have heard of Danish design before – a Vinorage wine cellar is just that. Each unit is both designed and produced in Denmark. The wine cellars are carefully hand-welded by the two Danish craftsmen, Rasmus and René, at their workshop in a quiet Danish suburb. There, together with their two apprentices, they meticulously ensure every detail is perfected before the cellars are shipped off to their new – and excited – owners.

As the proud owner of a Vinorage wine cellar, you receive more than just storage – you invest in a solid piece of functional craftsmanship. Developed and designed by Rasmus and René themselves, these unique in-floor wine cellars offer an elegant way to save space in your home.

Vinorage fits seamlessly into modern interiors – especially in the living room, where it often becomes an innovative design statement. It’s equally at home in a conservatory, leisure room, or kitchen – the perfect space to store and showcase your wine, ready for the next bottle shared over dinner.

Vinorage Elevation Wine Cellar

Wine Storage Worth Seeing

The wine cellars come with glass doors, creating an exclusive, high-end look rarely seen in private homes. This makes our glass-door wine cellar a standout design piece that elevates any interior. It transforms your wine collection into a visual centerpiece to be admired — not just by you, but also by guests who will be equally captivated.

Place a Vinorage in-floor wine cellar in your living room, and you’ll be able to gaze directly down into your collection, elegantly displayed beneath the surface. It’s wine storage reimagined — and there’s no doubt that Vinorage is the true star of the show.

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, our in-floor cellars are built to last. The material is resistant to humidity, making it ideal for installation below ground level where soil moisture naturally helps maintain a stable temperature.

Thanks to this clever use of nature, no electricity is needed to keep your wines at the right temperature — unlike traditional wine coolers. It’s a solution that’s eco-friendly, cost-effective, and perfect for any wine enthusiast seeking long-term, sustainable storage for their finest bottles.

Where Innovation Meets Tradition

Our wine cellars come with sleek glass doors that offer an exclusive, contemporary look rarely found in private homes. Far more than just storage, the Vinorage glass-door wine cellar is a functional showpiece — a striking design element that elevates your interior and draws the eye.

By placing a Vinorage in-floor wine cellar in your living room, you create an open display of your wine collection — beautifully visible through the floor. Whether you’re relaxing alone or entertaining guests, your bottles are always on show, making wine part of the atmosphere and the experience.

Each cellar is crafted from premium stainless steel, chosen for its durability and resistance to humidity. Installed below the surface of your floor, it benefits from the naturally cool, stable environment of the surrounding soil — ideal for long-term wine storage.

Best of all, Vinorage wine cellars require no electricity to keep your wine at the right temperature. By using natural resources instead of traditional cooling systems, they offer a sustainable, energy-free solution that’s as beneficial to the environment as it is to your wine collection. For any true wine lover, a Vinorage cellar is a lasting investment in both taste and design.

An in floor wine cellar that fits the needs of every wine collection

At Wine-store.co.uk you will find a wine cellar that fits the needs of most wine enthusiasts. You will find the perfect in floor wine cellar for those with a smaller collection of wines as well as those with a large collection of wines. We sell everything from smaller wine cellars that can contain up to 140 bottles of wine and really big wine cellars that can contain up to 1,000 bottles of wine. Common for all of our wine cellars is that they each function as a wine cellar in floor. The Vinorage wine cellars can mainly be divided into two groups:

  • A wine cellar where you come to the wine
  • A wine cellar where the wine comes to you
When the wine comes to you

You have the option of placing a wine cellar in floor that can pop up from the floor using elevation technology. Drinking wine has never been more comfortable. With just a click, you can access all your most delicious wines, and in a way that will impress most people as the wine cellar slowly arises from the ground.

The modern interpretation of the traditional wine cellar

It's also possible to place a wine cellar in floor with space enough for you to stand in it, and all without the wine cellar taking up space in the house. So, you can enjoy cosy moments as you know them from traditional wine cellars, but presented in a piece of modern Danish design that every wine lover dreams of.

Just as our Vinorage wine cellars come in different sizes, they also come in different price ranges that reflect the size of the wine cellar. However, there is no doubt that a wine cellar in floor is worth all the money. That's because you're guaranteed an elegant design with a timeless look, making a Vinorage wine cellar a piece of design that will fit into your home for years to come.

Need help?

At Wine-store, we are ready to help you, whether you need advice in regards to the size of wine cellar that best suits your needs or have questions about the wine cellars´ specifications. You can contact us by phone, email or through our live chat. We are available Monday - Friday from 8am to 3pm.

Practical considerations

When you're considering a major purchase like an in floor wine cellar, it's perfectly natural to consider various aspects of the purchase in your head. After all, it's not just about spending the money, but also about considering how the wine cellar will fit into your home, how it will be built into the floor and much more. And we certainly understand that. That's why we always seek to provide answers to your concerns, so you feel fully prepared for your upcoming investment.

You may have been thinking about the following questions and concerns while considering your purchase of a wine cellar in floor:

  • Is lighting included?
  • Is my underfloor heating a problem?
  • How does the glass door work?
  • Is it only an option when building a new home?

And you're not alone. We have therefore made various answers to your questions easily available here on our website. At Wine-store.co.uk you can, among other things, immerse yourself in wine cellar guides that will make you knowledgeable about everything you try to google in your daily life as a wine enthusiast. Plus, you'll also have the opportunity to find lots of inspiration on how to get the most out of your new in floor wine cellar. In short, we're not just selling you a unique wine cellar; we're also creating a forum of knowledge you can continually return to for new ideas and useful knowledge on everything from wine to storage of wine.

Answers to your questions

Is lighting included?

Yes. When designing your wine cellar it is also taken into consideration that you should be able to see your collection of wines so you easily can read the labels without having to get out your flashlight. So, your wine cellar comes with built-in LED lighting that gives off a cosy light. The light has a dual function. It's functional when you're using your wine cellar, but it's also a cosy design element in your floor when the sun goes down.

Is my underfloor heating a problem?

No. So you don't have to worry about the joy of warm feet clashing with the interest in delicious wines and aesthetic storage of them. So, don't let a warm indoor climate stop you.

How does the glass door work?

You may be dreading the task of opening the beautiful glass door yourself, but don't. Because, with a Vinorage wine cellar the attention to details in the design also means that comfort is built into the design. So, if you're thinking of buying a wine cellar without the pop up feature, an automatic solution for the glass door has been provided. Thus, the glass door is equipped with an electric motor.

Is it only an option when building a new home?

No, it is not. A Vinorage wine cellar is not just something people who are starting a new build can benefit from. In fact, the wine cellar can also be placed in already completed houses. As long as you have a flat surface, you're already off to a good start.
